The Emergency Data form (EDF) is a special form where a user can view the data about an individual client that would prove to be useful in emergency situations. Data is automatically extracted from an approved Individual Data form and shown in a read-only view. It automatically disables once it is clicked and becomes active after any information that is shown in the EDF is changed.
